Del Castillo (Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of the Philippines), Chut Chonlavorn (President of the Constitutonal Court of the Kingdom of Thailand), and Bakhtiyar Mirbabaev (Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan). This signing is a form of mutual commitment between the Constitutional Court of Indonesia with the Court and the Institutional / similar bodies from several countries in Asia to promote the protection of human rights, a guarantee of democracy, the implementation of the application of law, independence of the Court and similar bodies, as well as cooperation and exchange of experience or information in among its members.
